The most famous type of food in our HOME is dried pho. Dried pho is served in many localities, but nowhere is it as delicious as in Gia Lai. Diners enjoyed the specialty will be served with two bowls, one for the noodles and the other for the soup. The flavor of the “two-bowl” noodle soup will be completed with hoisin sauce and herbs. Broth is the most important part of the dish. Made from an 8-hour cooking process of beef bones with a hint of pho spice, our broth will leave you with an empty bowl and a happy tummy.
